At Mimmo’s, everything started in 2010 — at home, learning the craft of artisanal cheese.

What began small quickly grew. Today, we produce in our own factory in North Miami, distribute to over 50 restaurants

You can also enjoy our cheeses at our market or try them in our cozy restaurant.
