At Mimmo’s, our story began in 2010, from home, learning the art of making artisanal cheeses. Slowly but surely, demand grew, and so did we.
We established ourselves in North Miami, gradually expanding until the pace of the city led us to open our own factory with an unwavering team.
Perseverance, dedication, and learning have been our driving forces.
We survived the 2020 pandemic, which made us stronger. Today, we distribute our products to over 50 restaurants and export to the Bahamas.
We also offer the opportunity to enjoy our products at our small market and savor dishes lovingly prepared in our cozy restaurant.
None of this would have been possible without the people who worked tirelessly for Mimmo’s.
