Our Cheese Class is a great way to spend an evening with friends and learn a new craft. The best part is that you get to take your cheese home and show how you are now “the master of cheese”.
The class is separated in two hours:
The first one, we make fresh mozzarella, burrata with your own hands, and the second hour is about tasting different cheeses, charcuterie with wine and dessert.
You will have an amazing time, and the tastiest!! And also, every participant will take home 1.5 lb of the mozzarella made in class.
